The selection process is aimed at access to courses for:
- CPL (A) “Commercial Pilot License – Line Pilot”
- CPL (H) “Commercial Pilot License – Helicopter Pilot.”

The selection process ensures the school maintains a high standard of quality for courses starting every year in January, May, and September.
The series of tests will objectively verify candidates’ technical and psycho-attitudinal competencies according to European regulatory standards, essential for embarking on a successful career in aviation.

Selection Process Structure
The test, entirely in English and with a duration of 4 hours, consists of an advanced series of questions divided into the following sections:
- Mathematics
- Physics
- English
- Cognitive skills
- APQ (ADAPT Personality Questionnaire)
At the end of the test, a detailed report on the candidate will be produced, including technical scores and an assessment of attitudinal and personal competencies. Candidate suitability is evaluated based on the renowned Symbiotics aviation assessment parameters. A one-on-one interview with the selection team will complete the selection process. The selection process concludes with an individual interview with the selection team. The test is valid for one year from the test date.
