Sign up for the business license entrance test. The test is conducted online and can be accessed from any location with a computer, mouse and keyboard. A stable Internet connection is required for the test to run properly.

The test, entirely in English and with a duration of 4 hours, consists of an advanced series of questions divided into the following sections:

  • Mathematics
  • Physics
  • English
  • Cognitive skills
  • APQ (ADAPT Personality Questionnaire)

At the end of the test, a detailed report on the candidate will be produced, including technical scores and an assessment of attitudinal and personal competencies. Candidate suitability is evaluated based on the renowned Symbiotics aviation assessment parameters. A one-on-one interview with the selection team will complete the selection process. The selection process concludes with an individual interview with the selection team. The test is valid for one year from the test date.

Symbiotics tests follow the EASA.CAT.GEN.MPA.175 regulations in accordance with European directives governing the selection of aviation personnel. This guarantees adherence to the highest standards of quality and safety.
